- Proficient in English (B1-C2), with bonus points for other languages (German, Italian, French)
- Enjoy collaborating with clients and helping them succeed
- Able to stay focused and perform well under tight deadlines
- Experienced in supporting and managing client needs with care
- Thinks outside the box to solve complex challenges effectively.
Your Mission:
- Will take care of customer requests from simple questions to tricky technical issues always looking for the best solution
- Will help clients with product details, billing questions, and technical support
- Will guide and support junior teammates, sharing knowledge to help the team grow
- Will work smoothly in a rotating 2-on, 2-off schedule (day & night shifts, 12 hours each), keeping service consistent.
