YOUR MISSION

YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related STEM field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics or data science, preferably in credit risk or a related domain
- Proficient in R and Python for statistical modeling and algorithm development
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and extraction
- Solid grasp of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling
- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions and communicate complex findings in clear terms
- Experience working in cross-functional and agile teams
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
