IT TEAM
The IT team consists of 80+ professionals across 8 different teams, working with 10+ products. They are cross-functional, self-sufficient, and highly autonomous teams led by supporting and inspirational leaders. You will work in a full-stack team with colleagues like Service support specialists, QAs, Back-End, Front-End, Products owner, and Team lead. Our stable processes will allow you to focus on your tasks and receive as much support as you need. We have varieties of different tasks (bug fixes, refactoring, different integrations, packages, and services creation and much more).
OUTCOMES
- Work as a full stack development team member, including product owner, backends, frontends, devops. Work closely with developers on a daily basis
- Perform functional testing for in house developed products by using different testing approaches
- Highly focusing on details on all levels (business and technical). Perfectionism is a key value followed by balancing and prioritization
- Participate in regular weekly internal QA workshops
- You will have a good chance for a fast professional growth and improve soft & hard skills as you will be surrounded with dedicated professional team members
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as QA manual tester
- Ability to investigate complex bugs and find the root cause
- You have good testing skills and understand best practices and how to apply them
- Understanding of basic web technology concept. Frontend & Backend
- You are comfortable diving into complex documentation
- You are familiar with tools like Chrome DevTools, Postman, and logging systems etc
- You have hands-on experience with common collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and others
- Strong desire to learn and develop, with support from a mentor and through self-study
- Good level of English language
As advantage
- Basic understanding of relational databases and how they are used
- Comfortable reading and understanding JavaScript test scripts
- Possessing hard skills will be a big plus in the interview
