As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll ensure smooth delivery of HR and payroll services, meeting agreed performance targets. Acting as the main link between Zalaris and our clients, you’ll manage relationships, oversee SAP-related processes, and drive operational excellence and compliance. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery. 
  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analysing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction. 
  • Take ownership of your client’s service-related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring. 
  • Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform 
  • Ensure adherence to Zalaris’ internal controls, policies, and compliance standards. 
  • Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities. 
  • Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery. 

Your Experience and Skills

  • Fluency in German and strong command of English 
  • Understanding of HR administration and payroll accounting 
  • Experience in outsourcing HR, Accounting, IT, or other business functions 
  • Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills 
  • Business & service minded, analytical & customer-focused mindset 
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and structure work to achieve results 
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude 

Seen as Advantage 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Work experience with SAP and/or Payroll 
  • Experience in SAP HCM, global payroll, and partnership management
