SHORT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Finance Systems & Automation Engineer who will take ownership of our financial systems, automate accounting and reporting processes, and build integrations between the new ERP system and various internal and external services.Although you will be part of the Finance department, you will work closely with our IT team and act as a bridge between Finance and Technology — enabling the team to work faster, more accurately, and more data-driven..


RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP & Systems Ownership
  • Support the configuration of the new ERP system together with the implementation partner and manage ongoing system maintenance.
  • Develop, test, and deploy integrations between the ERP system and internal/external platforms, including billing systems, payment providers, and banks.
  • Customize ERP system modules in line with Finance requirements and operational needs.
Automation & Reporting
  • Automate manual processes using automation logic, connectors, and system-native tools.
  • Collaborate on building the data model in BI tools once the core ERP implementation stage is complete.
  • Improve data quality and ensure consistency across all integrated systems.
Support & Documentation
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day support to Finance users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and integrations.
  • Conduct training sessions for Finance team members on system updates and new automations.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred (NetSuite, 1C, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Understanding of accounting or financial processes (no need for formal accounting background).
  • Strong experience with system integrations (REST APIs, JSON, webhooks).
  • Automation skills (Python, SQL, or iPaaS platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, Celigo).
  • Experience creating data model in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or ERP-native reporting modules).
Soft Skills
  • Ability to translate financial and business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking with high attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English is required - at least above upper-intermediate level.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or technology companies.
  • Understanding of financial terminology and processes (GL, AP/AR, revenue management, etc.).
  • Previous experience automating processes related to payment providers, banks, or billing flows.
