This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
This role will be a part of a small recruitment team within our general HR Team, to help with our fill our growth plans for the next year. It will cover a number of different roles for different departments and teams such as Product, Operations, IT, and more.
Job responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: manage entire recruitment process from job posting to extending an offer to the candidates.
- Recruitment Strategy and Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, using various channels such as social media, and job boards.
- Screening, Interviewing, and Candidate Experience: Conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Employer Branding and Talent Attraction: Collaborate with the HR Team to implement best practices for attracting and retaining talent, including employee engagement initiatives.
- Data Management and Technology: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information using ATS system. Utilize analytics tools effectively to track and improve recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with departments such as product, operations, development, and administration. Establish feedback mechanisms to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Our expectations:
- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Good sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Atlases stratēģija un talantu piesaiste: izstrādāt un ieviest efektīvas atlases stratēģijas augstas kvalitātes kandidātu piesaistei, izmantojot dažādus kanālus, piemēram, sociālos tīklus un darba sludinājumu portālus.
- Sākotnējā izvērtēšana, intervēšana un kandidātu pieredze: veikt sākotnējo kandidātu atlasi, plānot un koordinēt intervijas, kā arī novērtēt kandidātu kvalifikāciju un atbilstību uzņēmuma kultūrai. Nodrošināt pozitīvu kandidātu pieredzi visa procesa laikā, uzturot skaidru komunikāciju un sniedzot savlaicīgu atgriezenisko saiti.
- Darba devēja tēls un talantu piesaiste: sadarboties ar HR komandu, lai ieviestu labāko praksi talantu piesaistē un noturēšanā, tostarp darbinieku iesaistes iniciatīvas.
- Datu pārvaldība un tehnoloģijas: uzturēt precīzu informāciju par atlases aktivitātēm un kandidātiem, izmantojot ATS sistēmu. Efektīvi lietot analītikas rīkus, lai uzraudzītu un uzlabotu atlases rādītājus.
- Sadarbība un komunikācija: sadarboties ar dažādām struktūrvienībām, piemēram, produktu, operāciju, izstrādes un administrācijas nodaļām. Izveidot atgriezeniskās saites mehānismus, lai veicinātu efektīvu komunikāciju un sadarbību.
Mūsu prasības:
- Pierādāma pieredze talantu piesaistes speciālista (Talent Acquisition Specialist) vai līdzīgā amatā.
- 1–2 gadu pieredze talantu piesaistē, personāla atlasē vai līdzīgā jomā.
- Lietpratība darbā ar kandidātu uzskaites sistēmām (ATS) un HR datubāzēm.
- Spēcīgas komunikācijas, saskarsmes un organizatoriskās prasmes.
- Labas kandidātu meklēšanas (sourcing), intervēšanas un novērtēšanas prasmes.
- Teicamas angļu valodas zināšanas.
