YOUR MISSION
- Own and manage the product deliveries, roadmap, and backlog
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, document them in Jira tickets and Wiki pages
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development, and QA teams, acting as a bridge between business and tech
- Lead project team meetings to ensure timely delivery and quality of product releases
- Maintain and expand internal documentation
YOUR PROFILE
- 2–3+ years of experience as Product Owner or in a similar role in IT/software development
- Proven ability to manage product backlog and prioritize features
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading agile teams
- Experience working with development teams and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strategic mindset and efficient time management
- Excellent English language skills
