Partner support / Onboarding specialist (FinTech)

What you'll be doing:
- Give excellent support to our partners through live chat and email, making sure we always meet or exceed what they expect
- Assist in onboarding new partners and coordinating with the payment methods
- Guide partners through various stages of cooperation (including document verification)
- Build strong, lasting relationships with our partners by doing extra to keep them satisfied and loyal
Our ideal candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in client support, account management, or onboarding clients and partners in the FinTech sector (considered as an advantage).
- Genuine interest in the fintech IT industry and motivation to build a career in business development or client success.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Strong communication skills for both client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Fluency in English
