About The Role
Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior New Product Development Project Manager to support our product launches from early ideation through execution.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate product launches from early ideation through execution, working closely with the NPD Project Manager.
- Take ownership of select product launches over time, managing timelines, coordination, and execution independently.
- Source packaging for products based on briefs provided by the NPD Project Manager, acting as the main point of contact with packaging suppliers.
- Continuously expand and improve the packaging library by sourcing options from new and existing vendors, and maintaining accurate records in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
- Provide administrative and process support to the NPD Project Manager, including sample registration, labeling, organization, benchmark orders, and shipments.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Compliance in regards to compliance-related requests by gathering and organizing required documentation when needed.
- Assist the Customer Support team by responding to product-related inquiries for new launches, collecting customer complaints and feedback, and communicating insights to the NPD Product & Category Manager.
- Update Customer Support FAQs to reflect new product launches and key product information.
- Help organize and coordinate focus groups for new product testing, ensuring feedback is collected, documented, and shared with relevant stakeholders.
What Success Looks Like:
- Product launches are executed smoothly, on time, and with clear coordination between Product, Supply Chain, Compliance, Marketing and Customer Support.
- Packaging for products is sourced efficiently, meets project requirements, and is well-documented within an up-to-date packaging library.
- Administrative tasks, sample tracking, and documentation are handled accurately, allowing the NPD Project Manager to focus on higher-level strategy and execution.
- Customer feedback and complaints related to new launches are captured clearly and communicated effectively, contributing to continuous product improvement.
- Focus groups are well-organized, feedback is actionable, and insights are shared in a timely manner with the Product team.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in product development coordination, project management, operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working with suppliers, packaging vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation systems to manage projects and product data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues and share updates proactively.
- Hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn product development within a CPG or beauty environment.
- Very good communication skills in English (as English is the primary language used for daily communication, documentation, and collaboration within the company).
SALARY: 1500 - 2300 EUR/month GROSS (depending on your skills and competencies).
