About the role, as a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for
- Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail in Danish and English language. Our support team only processes incoming calls primarily in Danish language and sometimes also in English
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
To do great in this role, you must be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English. Other than that, we'd love for you to be flexible and dynamic addition to our team. You will also need to confirm that you have a clear criminal background check.

Start date: For Danish speakers: 02/03/2026 & Swedish speakers: 30/03/2026
Working hours: Work in 8h shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM till 8 PM
Location: Work from home (in Latvia) or office (Kr.Valdemāra iela 21, Riga)

Prasības,
- Teicamas dāņu valodas zināšanas (C1 līmenis, gan mutiski, gan rakstiski)
- Labas angļu valodas zināšanas (B2 līmenis)
- Uz klientu vajadzībām orientētu attieksmi ar vēlmi palīdzēt rast risinājumus un sniegt atbildes uz klientu jautājumiem
