We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our Sportsbook team in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with business goals, and forming requirements for development.
Job responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from Product Managers and development teams.
- Form requirements for developers.
- Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and prioritized.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the gambling/betting industry.
Our expectations:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the gambling industry 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of the gambling industry, including regulations and market trends.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence/etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and software development processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to perform work duties.

Ideālais kandidāts būs atbildīgs par produkta funkciju definēšanu un prioritizēšanu, nodrošinot atbilstību biznesa mērķiem un izstrādājot prasības izstrādes procesam.
Darba pienākumi:
- Definēt un komunicēt produkta vīziju, stratēģiju un ceļvedi.
- Apkopot un prioritizēt produkta prasības no produktu vadītājiem un izstrādes komandām.
- Sagatavot un strukturēt tehniskās prasības izstrādātājiem.
- Izveidot un uzturēt produkta darbu sarakstu (backlog), nodrošinot tā skaidru struktūru un prioritātes.
- Nodrošināt atbilstību azartspēļu/likmju nozares regulatīvajām prasībām.
Mūsu prasības:
- Pierādāma pieredze Produkta īpašnieka vai līdzīgā amatā azartspēļu nozarē (5+ gadi).
- Padziļināta izpratne par azartspēļu nozari, tostarp regulējumu un tirgus tendencēm.
- Pieredze darbā ar Agile metodoloģijām un rīkiem (Jira, Confluence u.c.).
- Izcilas komunikācijas un starppersonu saskarsmes prasmes.
- Spēcīgas analītiskās un problēmu risināšanas spējas.
- Pieredze ar produkta dzīves cikla vadību un programmatūras izstrādes procesiem.
- Teicamas angļu valodas zināšanas (gan rakstiski, gan mutiski) darba pienākumu veikšanai.
