- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Confident PC user (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.);
- Driving licence B category;
- Readiness for business trips;
- Fluent English (additional European languages would be an advantage).

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned European markets, expanding the company’s geographic presence;
• Conduct negotiations with clients and build long-term, sustainable business relationships;
• Prepare and conclude contracts, manage projects, and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• Introduce and promote the product portfolio within the region, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth;
• Monitor order fulfillment, deliveries, and accounts receivable;
• Organize and actively participate in sales-driven activities aimed at increasing revenue and customer loyalty (business trips, international exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, webinars, product presentations, etc.);
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape across European markets;
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analytics.
