Who We’re Searching For:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced System Analyst to join our team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. If you're

problem-solver who loves structure and can break down technical jargon into plain, everyday

language and translate everyday language back into technical terms, this role is for you!

What We Expect:

Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Analyzing client business processes, identifying needs, and analyzing information system requirements, functionality, and processes. This includes defining requirements for information system integration development.
Technical Design and Documentation: Developing business process diagrams, system architecture diagrams, wireframes, and other visual representations. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including software requirement specifications, user stories, user instructions, etc. Defining clear and concise tasks for programmers.
Creative Problem-Solving: You come up with fresh and simple solutions even for challenging issues.
Clear Communication: You explain technical ideas in a way that everyone can understand. You will need the ability to cooperate and work effectively within a team, providing support to clients, the development team, and responsible parties for related applications regarding application functionality and processes.
Dependability: You take responsibility for your work and ensure it meets high standards.
IT Experience: At least 2 years working as a business analyst in the IT field.
Education: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area.
