About the role:

Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities
- Contacting and qualifying potential outbound and inbound customers
- Working on new initiatives in great cooperation with Sales Ops
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals
- Searching for new leads using different lists and systems
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our target audiences, their behaviors, and expectations, and applying this knowledge throughout the business
- Working closely with the Sales Operations Team to develop, evaluate, and propose technical and systematic procedures that make lead generation flow more efficient
- Providing management with regular reports on sales activities and results
Your qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of self-discipline, good time management skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to learn and grow professionally

- Monthly salary EUR 1,700–2,105 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
