Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group’s global IT strategy, aligning technology with business objectives, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee implementation, optimization, and harmonization of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration across bottling plants, distilleries, 3PL providers, and the global distribution network. Ensure connection between production, demand and supply.
- Lead initiatives that enable real-time connectivity between brand teams and individual consumers, leveraging data analytics and AI to personalize consumer experiences and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Direct significant technology-driven change management initiatives across the Group, ensuring effective communication, training, and adoption.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing global IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, ensuring robust protections, compliance with relevant regulations, and effective risk mitigation.
- Manage IT budgets efficiently and establish strategic vendor partnerships to maximize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred in IT, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience, preferably within FMCG, beverages, luxury goods, or related industries.
- Proven experience leading global ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integrating complex international supply chains.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation initiatives, including successful implementation of AI and automation solutions.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and understanding of consumer-centric industries.
