How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Build, develop and maintain core Compliance Function (2nd line) frameworks, including methodologies, reporting tools and compliance risk assessment solutions that support effective oversight and decision-making.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure internal alignment by conducting regulatory mapping and maintaining up-to-date Compliance Function relevant regulations across the pan-Baltic region.

  • Assess and evaluate compliance risks and practices within business activities, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies, actionable guidelines and continuous improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance gaps, issues and risks, and implement corrective actions.

  • Contribute to compliance awareness and capability building by analyzing best practices, developing internal guidelines and delivering internal training on relevant regulations across Luminor Group.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience in bank’s legal or compliance function with focus on compliance methodologies and risk assessments.

  • Higher education, preferably in Law, Business Management or similar field.

  • Experience working with banking regulations and policy implementation.

  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal, with a proven track record in stakeholder management.

  • Ability to present assigned cover area topics to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • High ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.
