How You Will Make an Impact:

• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting process in Luminor

• Analyze performance trends and deliver insights to executive management

• Coordinate Group Financial Planning and Analysis unit deliveries with CFO, Head of Performance Management, other organizational units

• Develop new and maintain existing processes and documentation, facilitate governance of performance management of Luminor

• Actively participate in development of internal tools and solutions

• Contribute to continuous quality improvement of the financial planning process

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking

• Solid understanding of banking business

• 4+ years of experience in finance

• Well-developed presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Ownership mindset

• Ability to deliver high-quality work on time under pressure

• Advanced MS Office and BI tools skills

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or similar

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
