This is the job:
- Lead, coach, and support a group of professionals to enable strong individual performance and contribute to organizational success.
- Conduct regular one-on-one conversations, performance reviews, and career development discussions tailored to technical and individual growth.
- Partner with HR and leadership on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
- Facilitate goal setting, performance tracking, and personal development planning for each individual, in collaboration with Product Owner and Scrum Master.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Address interpersonal or performance-related challenges within the reporting group, ensuring timely resolution and support.
- Keep individuals informed of organizational strategies and changes, reinforcing direction from leadership and Product Owner.
- Contribute to workforce planning and capacity discussions in alignment with delivery and functional stakeholders.
- Champion employee well-being, psychological safety, and a healthy, positive work environment.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science. Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a people management or leadership role in IT field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and develop talent across various career stages across the technology stack.
- Strong understanding of performance management, feedback, and coaching practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex team dynamics.
- Familiarity with Agile or cross-functional team environments is a plus.
