Our client is delivering the Rail Baltica international infrastructure project in Riga and is looking for an experienced Requirement Manager to ensure structured requirements governance and compliance across the project.
This is a key role within a complex engineering environment where requirements management directly supports successful delivery of one of the most significant infrastructure projects in the region.
If you have strong experience in requirements management within major infrastructure or EPC projects and are confident working with complex systems, standards, and multidisciplinary teams – this opportunity is for you.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Creating, reviewing, and implementing the Requirement Management Plan.
• Performing requirements analysis, identifying gaps and conflicts.
• Reviewing, validating, and clarifying system requirements.
• Ensuring requirements traceability and consistency across the project.
• Conducting reviews with technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary input.
• Maintaining requirements in approved tools and linking them with project documentation.
• Supporting requirements capture, validation, and documentation activities.
• Supporting document management, version control, audits, and reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with contract, standards, and regulations, including CENELEC (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129).
What we expect from you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or similar).
• Experience in requirements management within infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Understanding of requirements governance, traceability, and compliance.
• Experience with tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or Jama (advantage).
• Basic knowledge of system lifecycle.
• Experience in regulated environments (public authorities) – advantage.
• English level B2 or higher.
What we offer:
• Full-time employment under the ENE Contractor (Coba-Fleet for the duration of the project).
• Assignment to a long-term, high-value international infrastructure project.
• All necessary work equipment according to company policy.
• Competitive salary: €4,000 – €8,000 gross/month, depending on experience and expertise.
