• Manage all electrical works from design coordination through commissioning

• Coordinate electrical design reviews, shop drawings, and technical submissions

• Manage electrical subcontractors and installation teams

• Coordinate procurement, material approvals, and deliveries

• Monitor installation quality, productivity, and progress

• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation

• Resolve technical issues and RFIs

• Ensure compliance with Latvian regulations and HSE requirements

• Minimum 12 years of electrical construction experience

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline

• Valid Latvian Electrical Practice Certificate or equivalent

• Experience with LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems

• Strong subcontractor management experience

• Good English language skills

• AutoCAD and BIM knowledge

• Gross salary: €4,500/month
