• Provide engineering support to construction teams

• Review drawings and specifications

• Prepare and track RFIs

• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities

• Monitor workmanship, materials, and progress

• Coordinate inspections and quality control activities

• Maintain project documentation and as-built records

• Support planning, procurement, and handover activities

• Minimum 8 years of construction/site engineering experience

• Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering

• Valid Latvian Construction Practice Certificate or equivalent

• Experience in reinforced concrete and building construction

• AutoCAD and BIM skills

• Good English language skills

• Gross salary: €3,500/month
