What You Will Do:
- Ensure that personal data processing activities comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including within the framework of international cooperation.
- Maintain and develop documentation related to personal data protection, including records of processing activities and contractual data protection provisions.
- Provide legal support in the handling and resolution of incidents.
- Assess new products and cooperation models from a data protection perspective.
- Perform other day-to-day legal tasks in the field of commercial law to support DECTA's business operations, including within the framework of international cooperation.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education (preferably a Master's degree in Law).
- At least 2 years of practical experience in assessing personal data processing activities and maintaining records of processing activities and related documentation.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial law and contract law.
- A professional certification in the field of data protection will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in IT law and/or the payment services industry is considered an advantage.
- Ability to independently assess legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented, solution-focused legal advice.
- High level of accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
