About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Specialist with a strong background in architectural procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in procurement and logistics, particularly in the architecture, construction, or design sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and deep knowledge of architectural materials, suppliers, and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies for architectural materials, products, and services
Manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing to contract negotiation and delivery
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and quality
Oversee logistics operations, including import/export, customs clearance, and transportation
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and design teams to understand material requirements
Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations
Manage procurement budgets and prepare regular reports for senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement and logistics, with a focus on architectural procurement
Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and construction products
Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation
Excellent understanding of logistics, customs, and import/export processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Salary is €3,500 gross
