Requirements for candidates
• At least 2 years’ experience in MS SQL server database administration (management, design and development)
• At least 2 years’ experience in database design
• Knowledge of Transact SQL and experience in query analysis and optimization
• Knowledge of database security products and procedures
• Knowledge in system administration
• Knowledge in script coding
• Experience in data migration and exchange between different systems (different vendors and technologies) (advantage)
• Experience with preparing and implementing disaster recovery plans (advantage)
• Database backup solutions knowledge (advantage)
• Good English language skills. Russian language (advantage)
Job description
As database administrator, you will be:
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for business applications team
• Implement MS SQL security hardening plans
• Install database environments for business applications
• Draft database designs reviews and optimizations for use in applications or solutions.
• Automate database administration tasks by running prepared SQL scripts
• Execute complete disaster recovery tests
• Ensuring compliance
