Your workday will consist of:
- handling Know Your Customer (KYC) process - preview and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment for our Clients
- daily interaction with team members and other departments
- ensuring high level customer satisfaction
- reporting technical issues to the relevant parties
To fit this position, you should have:
- proficiency in English language (especially written)
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- experience in banking / finance / payments industry is considered as advantage
- ability to communicate clearly, friendly, professionally, both in writing and in speech
- ability to work individually and in a team
- solid computer skills
