Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor and make changes necessary to the systems and network infrastructure;
- Monitor system performance;
- Work with on-prem and cloud infrastructure solutions;
- Be part of new solution design, implementation initiatives;
- Documentation and change management;
- Support team in daily operations by knowledge contribution;
- Incident detection, response and remediation.
Requirements
- Experience in Windows system administration: Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange;
- Understanding of IT enterprise networking – Switching, WiFi, firewalls, VPN;
- Setting monitoring, alerting, log collection systems: Zabbix or similar;
- Experience in documentation and change management;
- Preferable automation experience (PowerShell, bash or similar);
- Preferable experience working with cloud system.
