Our business is expanding and we are looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic colleague to fill the position of a trading specialist.

Key Responsibilities

● Process, solve, and answer on complex customers dealing and complaints tickets during
assigned shifts;
● Troubleshooting and investigation in order to create appropriate solutions to immediate
problems;
● Serve as central point of contact for occurred incidents and manage it till its resolution;
● Clients trading activity monitoring and analysis;
● Assistance in projects, including research, testing and procedure updates.

Requirements:

● Experience of 2+ years in a similar position;
● Experience in MT4 manager;
● Extensive knowledge in financial markets and digital asset trading business;
● Fluency in English and Russian (due to specific international clients);
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics;
● Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
● Strong organizational skills;
● Ability to work under pressure;
● Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel;
● Additional computer skills are considered as advantage.

Brutto Salary: from 2000 EUR per month, depending on the level of experience
