We are looking for a bright and positive person to join our Customer Service team in Riga.
Main responsibilities start with:
- Providing information for customers over the phone and via email
- Searching for the best solutions for the customers
- Working with international databases and AVON representative webpage
- Managing customer ordering, accounts and invoices, collecting and analyzing statistics
- Initiating and participating in various projects
Requirements:
- You are a great team player
- You are fluent in Latvian and have a good command of English (Russian would be an advantage)
- You are a great communicator and enjoy multitasking
- Similar experience would be an advantage
