PAID MEDIA MANAGER, Baltic Region
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Plan, set up and optimise paid campaigns on Google ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager & local display media.
⢠Track KPIs, report on campaign results, analyze data and produce actionable insights.
⢠Work hand in hand with digital team across countries, digital agency and freelancers. Supervise and teach junior team members on paid media channel platforms
⢠Create new campaigns, effectively manage budgets, optimise and experiment with new paid channels.
⢠Manage & work hand in hand with SEO consultant to analyse trends and identify new keywords that could be implemented to increase visibility to target customers.
⢠Help Head of Sales & Marketing Manager lead the execution of business-driven initiatives through digital projects, executed within Kotryna Group accross Baltic countries & Finland.
Requirements for the Position:
⢠Experience with different advertising channels and platforms, primarily Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
⢠Advanced analytical understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console.
⢠Commercially minded and confident in establishing and measuring business metrics, as well as managing budgets.
⢠Understanding of the principles of search engine marketing and display advertising.
⢠Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
⢠Experience in project management
⢠Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
⢠Fluent in spoken and written and written English
⢠Excellent organizational and communication skills
⢠Curiosity, interest in digital technologies and trends
