Job description
- Answering calls and giving ınformation on the phone and via email to patients or physicians who call the office
- Welcoming and informing patients who visit the office
- Manage the test order process with patient from beginning to the end. (Communicating with patients via phone,informing about the test procedure,sending them the necessary documents ,such as consent form, payment details)
- Coordinate all necessary pick up procedures about samples with patients, hospitals, pathology labs, and collab centers
- Daily courrier, cargo organizations
- Data entry of all cases submited on a daily basis
- Registration of patient cases to the Ministry of Health, when applicable
- Follow up with Patient’s Archive
- Releasing the results to physicians (in case requested) and following up
- Communication with Sales Department to operate issues that has to do with test orders
- Communication with Scientific Director to operate issues that has to do with test orders
- Communication with Customer Service in Greece to operate issues that has to do with test orders
- Acting as a liaison between patients and Informing the Customer Service/Lab in Greece about the urgent cases
