Requirements for candidates
- Knowledge of MS Office would be considered an advantage;
- Good spoken English level;
- Ability to work shift and cover direct manager during the absences (morning, afternoon, and night);
- Previous shuffler experience would be considered an advantage;
- Proven work ethic;
- Latvian and Russian language knowledge would be considered an advantage.
Job description
- Attending one-to-one and disciplinaries as advised by the Team Manager.
- Supervising and ensuring proper procedures are followed during the shifts ie: Cards related documents, daily reports, etc.
- Training and mentoring of new employees.
- Re-training existing employees as and when required.
- To work within your own team to produce the required results and to meet company targets.
- Any related administrative duties related to your work are allocated by your direct manager.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships interdepartmentally (TechOps, Equipment Spec, Academy, OCR, Floor Management).
- Ambassadors of the culture and environment within the team.
