What You Will Do:

• Produce defined high-quality services efficiently and according to SLA on one or several products within functional area
• Execute tasks according to defined process descriptions
• Solve independently typical cases and daily issues of low to mid complexity
• Contribute to improvement of work processes and improve customer service quality by proposing changes and suggesting ideas
• Assist other teams in troubleshooting/resolving tasks
• Execute other important functions related with unit's activities according to requests, Bank’s requirements etc.
• Execute independently low to medium complexity tasks within functional area (POS/Ecom registration, personalization, fraud monitoring, disputes handling, settlement)

What We Expect:

• Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems
• Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
• Thoroughness, accuracy, accountability 
• Innovation mindset
• Fluent Latvian language
• Basic English language in spoken and written communication 
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, IT, Management or related field
