PION.FINANCE is international group of companies working in the field of Fintech with subsidiaries in Estonia, UK and Latvia, offering payment processing and acquiring services for B2B clients. Our friendly team is searching for colleague in Riga office to take a position of IT Support Specialist to IT department.

General responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/chat/ticketing system
  • Process and monitor the System technical incidents
  • Investigate data related technical glitches
  • Follow up on any customer issues and requests requiring additional research
  • Advise and support the customer and internal stuff in consideration of the System configuration and usage
  • Monitor the System performance and make necessary configuration changes to ensure the System operability
  • Assist the customer and internal stuff in resolving 1st and 2nd level support issues
    Dispatch and track execution for the 3rd level support tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in working and managing relational databases 
  • Ability to read, understand, and explain to customers the technical documentation, API
  • Experience in support of customer technical integration
  • Knowledge of SQL or any programming language is a plus
  • Previous payment or e-commerce background is a plus
  • Driven by targets, self-motivated
  • Fluency in Russian and English at professional level
