Min 3 years’ experience as Finance Lead.
Higher education in finance.
Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA (mandatory).
Strong English written and oral communication is essential.
Managerial experience (mandatory).
Relevant education.

An International Service Provider (located in Riga) is looking for an experienced Group Finance Director.
Key responsibilities:
Full ownership & accountability of the Group’s Finance function & Personnel.
Manage overall budget and forecasting process including preparation of annual budget.
Management of Cash flow.
Credit Control & invoice issuing.
Liaise with Bank.
Implement and maintain effective financial controls for internal and external audits and risk management.
Financial analysis.
Lead on tax activities, governance.
Supervision of reconciliation of all bank accounts/credit cards/payroll.
Management Reporting, notably to CEO.
Assisting with the year-end accounts.
Advisory role to Board of Directors in terms of strategy.
Broad financial operations.
Team Management across Finance & Accounts including – work prioritization, performance.
Ownership of all Financial policies and procedures and supporting individual departments with their Financial needs.
