  • Build and maintain trusted relations with customers in Latvia
  • Develop sales channel of Trade Partners
  • Fulfil the strategic ambition for sales in Latvia
  • Develop annual, quarterly, monthly Sales plans
  • Execute sales plan
  • Coordinate activities with functions and departments, contributing or connected to Sales

Who you are, as we envision:

  • Self-driven, energetic, autonomous, flexible
  • Great team player
  • Experienced with managing Sales teams over 3 years
  • Knowledgeable of construction business and experienced with selling building materials
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • At least theoretically aware of sales strategies development
  • Capable to make independent decisions on operational aspects of Sales strategy execution
  • Knowledge how Sales plans are build
  • Driving license cat. B

We offer: Salary 2800 EUR Gross + bonus program connected to achieving and exceeding Sales plan results.
