About the role

Our team is growing and we want You to be a part of it! This is a great chance to join a
fast growing organisation as Technical Content Creator and be a part of the future. This
role focuses on creating technical content for all parties involved, guaranteeing quality
and simplicity.

Responsibilities

● Writing about technical subjects for technical and nontechnical audiences.
● Creating scripts for video tutorials.
● Testing and updating existing documentation (API & Internal documentation)
● Creating infographics and screenshot markups.
● Writing, editing, and helping sections updates User Experience (UX) and User
Interface (UI) copy.
● Creating and building out user assistance infrastructure, including how-to
sections, FAQs, and Help sections.
● Updating, editing, and proofreading written materials such as product manuals,
user manuals, how-to guides, and FAQs.
● Working closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and product
marketing team.
● Collecting user data to determine areas of documentation that need revision and
updating.
● Writing technical tasks
● Drawing diagrams and other visuals in UML

Requirements

● Experience in drafting technical descriptions for software
● Strong knowledge of Russian and English (written and spoken)
● Experience in drafting texts and instructions in simple language understandable
to end users
● Skilled in using graphical editors (including Flash Video)
● Interest in technology and programming, understanding of its fundamentals
● Grammatically correct speech
● Understanding and ability to work with MS Suite, Adobe, HTML/XML, Jira,
Confluence
