We are looking for CUSTOMER MANAGER / MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT to join our international team!

Main responsibilities:
• To organize schedule of classes and effectively communicate the school calendar between language instructors and clients
• To welcome and provide general support to visitors
• To provide updated info in webpage and other social media
• To participate in sales and marketing activities
• To manage study contracts as well as flow of other official documents
• To prepare reports on monthly basis
• To be a point person for providing daily office operations, office supplies and customer requests 

Requirements:
• Understanding of office everyday activities and flow of official documents
• Developed time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate in Latvian, English and Russian (preferably)
• Enthusiastic and friendly personality
• Reliability and team spirit
