A/S RAF-AVIA aicina komandai pievienoties Lidojumu dispečeri.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage, control, and oversee RAF-AVIA day-to-day flight operations program, including flight watch and Operations Control;
- To provide a worldwide flight planning;
- To arrange overflight/landing permissions, ground handling, airport slots, fuel and catering;
- To apply an extensive use of the Eurocontrol flight monitoring tools;
- To maintain and update the Operations Control systems during the whole shift;
- To maintain direct communication with the flight crew members, to provide applicable information;
- To maintain and monitor flight crew duty time limitations (FTL/FDP) according to EASA requirements and the company operations manuals;
- To monitor Crew qualifications.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be at least 21 years of age;
- Higher education in Transport Logistics/Aviation field;
- Good knowledge of applicable regulations, such as but not limited to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012;
- Good understanding of Flight planning;
- Good knowledge of Meteorology; good knowledge of Geography is essential;
- Good understanding of the aircraft performance, weight and balance;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Personality:
Flexible self-starter, initiative, able to analyze and prioritize multiple tasks;
Able to work under stress conditions (good time management);
- Languages:
English (written and spoken), according to ICAO – at least Level 4
Other languages as advantage;
- Ability to work in shifts, including night time.

EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year of work experience in the aviation related fields;
- Valid/frozen Pilot License, and/or ATC Officer License – as advantage.
