Key responsibilities:
- Provide support in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting the HRIS globally;
- Build, automate, and maintain the reports in the HRIS;
- Support with the user interface configuration and content;
- Educate, follow up, and support local HR with people data management accuracy;
- Provide support with 3rd party systems and platforms integrations (e.g., payroll systems, ATS, LMS, etc.);
- Create user guides, standards, and manuals, organize and conduct the training for local HR, employees, and managers;
- Provide support to local HR and front-end users on daily issues and requests;
- Support with the implementation of various HRIS modules, add-ons, additional developments, and enhancements.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- First-level higher education (college) in computer science, mathematics, business or another relevant field;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency with MS Office tools;
- 2+ years’ experience in HRIS system administration;
- Experience with JIRA management;
- Technical training conduction background;
- Experience in the development of technical manuals;
- Well-developed social skills, customer focus, accuracy, and high-level accountability.
