We're on the lookout for an attentive, responsible and enthusiastic Junior Lawyer to help us onboard strategic partners from across the globe.

What will you do

Facilitate onboarding process on crypto exchanges, banks and other counterparties (preparing documents needed for KYC, communication with counterparties)
Assist with onboarding and KYC of institutional customers
Participate in legal research of new markets and products
Participate in opening of legal presence in different countries
Draft agreements and other legal documents
Work closely with our CLO, CFO, Business developers and company founders

What we expect

1+ years work experience (or equivalent internship) as a junior lawyer, assistant to lawyer or similar
University degree in law
Ability to coordinate different projects
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian
