What you’ll do

If you are following the car content related social media and you have experienced with creating content for Social media, this is your opportunity. You will actively participate in developing new ideas for digital advertising strategies and tactics, and work closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure that our digital advertising and communication is effective and efficient. A successful Digital Communication Specialist will have an creative mindset with a strong attention to detail, and a passion for car related topics and social media movement.

Your responsibilities will be

Implementing the day-to-day tasks related to creating and managing advertising though out social media
Coordinating with third parties to ensure that the necessary activities are defined, carried out, measured and evaluated objectively
Analysis of activities and experiments, reporting and defining data-based recommendations
Defining hypothesis for A/B tests, implementing the successful experiments into ongoing advertising
Controlling achievement of monthly targets, new impression making and interaction with followers
Maintaining attractive communication on social media channels about company
Monitoring performance on account level across channels and countries
Planning proactive actions to address internal and external challenges
Ongoing research of competitor advertising, reporting on new challenges and opportunities
Management of creatives and copywrite services in relation to digital channels
Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base in order to implement effective marketing campaigns

We are looking for

2+ years of experience in Social media management and content creation or a similar marketing role
Proven experience with Social media (FB, IG, Twitter, TikTok etc. any managed account with your previous work must be provided)
Experience with content writing for social media
Basic knowledge about cars is a must
Experience with project management theory and best practices
Previous experience working in an agency will be an advantage
Exceptional time management skills
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Strong sense of project ownership and high level of responsibility
Strong skill of making eye catching content
Problem-solving and collaboration skills
Powerful communication skills, as well as interpersonal, and leadership skills
Fluency in English and Latvian is required (written and verbal skills)
Strong preference to work from the office
