Do you have Amadeus E-ticket experience and would like to join Norwegian`s Travel Agency Support department?

If you have a burning desire to work in aviation and you have gained an experience from either an airline or a travel agency, this is a great opportunity to become a part of Norwegian`s international team and work closely with colleagues in many countries.

You`ll join the Travel Agency Support team located in Oslo and Riga offices. No days are alike, but the main tasks are to provide the support for travel agencies all over the world with questions and issues related to individual and group bookings, fares, ticketing and refunds. In addition to this, we also assist internal departments with our expertise within Amadeus, E-tickets, EMDs, BSP etc. As part of this team, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of how airlines and travel agencies are connected and communicate through the different distribution channels. The position will report to Team Leader Travel Agency Support.


As Travel Agency Support Coordinator, you would be responsible for:
• Support for travel agencies per telephone/e-mail
• Support for internal departments
• Handle BSP/Refund applications
• Queue management in Amadeus
• Investigate and report errors
• Support colleagues within other departments on travel agency related matters
• Escalation points to other departments
• Contribute to improve procedures, systems, processes, and manuals within the department


For this position the following qualifications will be needed: 
• Experience from an airline or travel agency.
• Amadeus cryptic skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of E-ticket and EMD
• English minimum B2 level (oral and written). Scandinavian language skills will be an advantage.
• Beneficial if you also have the following experience:
BSP/IATA pricing and tariffs
Group bookings
Other GDS’ (Sabre, Galileo/Travelport)
Experience as a trainer
ARD Web (graphic)
