We are seeking for an energetic
Marketing Assistant
to join our property management team

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks related to communication for the property management team;
• Assisting with the setup and coordination of various marketing events;
• Assisting in the creation of marketing materials and presentations;
• Coordinating information and activities with the tenants of commercial properties;
• Supporting the management team in organizing various projects.

• Communication and people skills;
• Creative and inquisitive mindset with analytical thinking capability;
• Skills in using and applying various digital and graphic tools will be considered as advantage;
• Latvian and English language skills (written and oral).
