Job Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Managing the existing and scouting for new sales platforms and channels for the “Anatomy for Sculptors” book series;
- Building new partnerships with sales agents and distributors, as well as maintaining relationships with the existing partners;
- Quality improvement based on customer feedback and project management as required by company's management and business development needs;
- Presentation of sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Logistics management and improvement together with logistics manager - production, inventory and shipment structure creation and maintenance;
- Management and development of customer support.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in business development or sales in a relevant field;
- B2C eCommerce expertise;
- Exceptional project management and prioritization skills;
- Good analytics skills and attention to detail;
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Latvian;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization;
- Self-starting ability and willingness to learn;
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (Asana, Jira or similar)
Considered as an advantage:
- International publishing experience;
- Experience with Amazon Seller platform, Woocommerce, Wordpress, Google Analytics
Offer/Compensation:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours;
- Monthly remuneration starting from 3000 EUR gross, based on previous experience and skills;
