Nordic Learning & Development Regional hub is responsible for supporting our people across Nordic and Baltic region in terms of trainings, learning and development.

We are looking for Assistant.

• To be the first point of contact for all aspects of training queries from Nordic and Baltics,
• To be the super user of our Learning management system, developing an in-depth understanding of the system,
• To monitor email communication about training demands – register trainings, make changes, etc.,
• To keep up to date information about trainings in the Nordic L&D portal,
• To be able to generate and develop reports from the Learning management system data.

• Fluent English written and spoken,
• Ability to prioritize and deal with extensive variety of challenges in a demanding and busy work environment,
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders from Nordic and Baltic regions,
• Confidence in using a variety of systems – MS Office, TEAMS, etc.,
• Ability to work independently and take on responsibility for organizing own work and deliver on time,
• High attention to details and accuracy.

Considered as advantage:

• University degree in HR, Social sciences, Business administration or related areas, 
• Previous experience in managing training and development queries,
•  Experience with SAP.
