Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategy or analytics role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research, financial modeling, and data analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of analysts or other professionals
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Experience in the technology industry or a related field is preferred.

Develop and execute the company's overall collection and recovery strategy, in collaboration with the executive team
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
Provide data-driven insights to make informed business decisions, including pricing, product development, and customer retention strategies
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting
Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track progress against business goals
Manage a team of analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management as needed
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to drive growth, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including vendors, customers, and industry experts
