Job description
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development or production;
- Work closely with internal teams to generate creative ideas for proposals and improvements;
- Collaborate with developers, design team, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery;
- Maintain projects and communicate clear delivery dates to ensure timely completion;
- Participate actively in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions;
- Develop game assets and design game environments, including architectural and interior design elements;
- Prepare source files for development and provide supervision for implemented graphics;
- Perform high poly/low poly modeling tasks;
- Conduct texture painting, UVW, and shading to enhance visual quality;
- Create advanced animations to bring game elements to life.
Qualifications
- Professional or bachelor's degree in design;
- Excellent knowledge of English (both verbal and written);
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of industry software including Autodesk ,3ds Max, Blender, Corona Render, Zbrush, and Adobe Suite tools;
- In-depth understanding of design trends and a passion for creative thinking and problem-solving;
- Advanced knowledge of animations and the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering outstanding visual experiences;
- Understanding of online gaming will be an advantage.
