Printful is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled and talented team member to join our Sales Support team as an Account Specialist Team Lead!
Our Sales Support team is dedicated to providing high-touch customer service to a variety of enterprise customers ranging from ecommerce stores and micro-brands to large corporations. We support customers throughout their entire lifecycle—we take part in new customer onboarding and help retain existing ones. Our daily work includes supporting our Sales team with operational questions and coordinating tasks and solutions internally to increase efficiency within the Sales team.
This is a full-time remote position in a scheduled shift (Monday to Friday: 3:30 p.m.–12 a.m.).
Remote work has its perks; that’s why around 90% of our Customer Support Team work from the comfort of their homes, and many even outside of Riga! The necessary onboarding is available remotely.

- You have a stable and reliable internet connection

Your daily tasks will entail:
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring the members of the Sales Support team, including conducting 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Overseeing and monitoring the work of the team, ensuring high customer support quality standards, and implementing corrective actions as appropriate
- Leading team projects, organizing communication and documentation, and implementing procedures that enhance the work of the team and the customer experience
- Working closely with Sales and other teams to align on the needs of enterprise customers
- Analyzing the team’s performance metrics and KPIs, making recommendations, and implementing necessary work and schedule adjustments
We expect from you:
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of the different stages within the sales pipeline
- Genuine interest and knowledge about ecommerce trends
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Experience working in a helpdesk environment
- Good understanding of account management and retention processes
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Experience with managing teams
- Experience in project management will be considered an advantage.
