Job Description
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development or production;
- Develop and manage productivity of design team;
- Design team roadmap and workload planning;
- Consistently improve departments operations and communicate them to external teams;
- Work with internal teams to generate ideas for proposals and improvements;
- Conceptualize, design and assist with implementing highly engaging and intuitive design solutions. Prepare design files for print and production;
- Maintain an orderly log of all projects and communicate clear delivery dates;
- Present and defend designs to stakeholders, direct manager, product management and teams;
- Plan costs and budgeting;
- Complete projects by coordinating with internal teams, outside agencies, production services, suppliers, etc;
- Supervise all design production/implementation stages;
- Surperivise junior team members;
- Promote product design within a company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in design, creative management or similar;
- At least 6 years of professional experience;
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma’
- Understanding of game design principles;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Fluent and up-to-date knowledge of industry software;
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Managerial skills;
- Ability to supervise and train assigned designers;
- Ability to lead and manage multiple design projects;
- Ability to provide actionable feedback;
- Ability to process complex information into simple design solutions and address them to designers;
- Communicate operations to external departments;
- Align design decisions with business goals;
- Experience in online gaming industry is an advantage.
