Currently, we are looking for a Key Account Manager with a strong background. 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Clients and Partners;
  • Deliver excellent customer service, manage and solve conflicts, operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the Clients and Partners;
  • Develop a high-level account strategy so as to maximize profits and benefits for both Company and Clients/Partners;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and goals;
  • Understand and monitor the economic drivers for each Client and Partner’s success with the Company;
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in Account Management;
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills;
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level;
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Ability to travel abroad to meet Clients and Partners;
  • Highly self-motivated;
  • Excellent Russian and English language knowledge both written and verbal;
  • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration field or a good reason not to have one.
